Enugu State is boosting its agricultural output by actively participating in the SPIN project. By adopting Model 1, the state is partnering directly with the Federal Government to manage and improve a federal RBDA scheme. The Ada Rice Irrigation scheme has been carefully selected to undergo rehabilitation under this program.
The Ada Rice Irrigation scheme is located at Lat: 6.727763° and Long: 7.015664°. State focal officers are currently coordinating the foundational phases of the project, working to integrate local farmers with the newly improved federal infrastructure.
