Kebbi State is participating in the SPIN project through the Model 2 pathway. This model allows the state to take direct ownership and management of its irrigation scheme. The state has selected the B/Kebbi Irrigation for rehabilitation and expansion under the program.
Through the SPIN project, Kebbi State aims to strengthen its agricultural capacity and improve water resource management for the benefit of local farming communities.
